A super simple & healthy smoothie for any time of day.
Makes 1 large smoothie or 2 small ones.
Ingredients:
1 Large Banana
2 cups of coconut water
1/2 cup of pure aloe vera pulp juice
1 heaped tbsp of black chia seeds
Another fruit of your choice (we used frozen blueberries)
A few ice cubes
4 heaped tbsp of Crumbled It’s All Good Mrs & co. chunks or another of our delicious mueslis
Method:
Put all the ingredients apart from the Mrs muesli in a blender on a high setting for a few minutes until well blended.
Add the muesli and pulse in the blender for another 20-30 secs.
Pour and serve immediately.
